Accessory Day
What do think about adding an accessory day? My idea:
Monday
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
PC 5x3
Wednesday
Light squat 2x5
Press 3x5
DL 1x5
Friday- Accessory Day/Fun Day
DB Bench 3x8-12
Chins 3xF
Curls 3x8-12
Dips 3xF
Abs
Conditioning
All this accessory work would probably be better as a upper/lower body split. I like the MWF set up because it gives me a whole day of rest. I know your opinion on accessory exercises (they are there to drive the main lifts), but I would like to get my swole on with more of a hypertrophy set up. Two heavy squat days are hard on back (scoliosis).
