    Are you listing it in pounds or kgs, Axe?

    When I was younger, I did lots of 20's. To the point where I couldn't hardly think about squats without having my face turning a bit....green. They definitely have their place in training.

    Unfortunately they are lbs. I wish they were kgs though, but I will get to that weight in time. I don't want to take any chances with the weight until I figure out how to do everything in proper form.

    Yeah squats are awesome, I recall I did the squat for the first time a couple of weeks ago it was intense.
