I'd do ramped 5x5 instead of across on monday.
Monday:
Squats 5x5
Press:5x5
Power cleans:5x3
wednesday:
Light Squats:2x5
Bench press: 3x5
Deadlift: 1x5
Friday (DE day):
Squats: 10x3 (1 minute rest between sets) at 60% of 1rm
Press: 10x3 (1 minute rest between sets) at 55% of 1rm
Deadlift: 15 singles (30 second rest) at 65%1rm
I'm not so sure about the deadlift/clean exercises. Squats should be good from what I've been researching and I'm also not so sure about the Press/bench press part. Any suggestions/advice/tips will be appreciated, thanks.
