Vacation and no training...
Hi Andy,
I'm going on a 10 days holiday with my family with little or no possibility to train with barbells/dumbbells. I'm near my 5RM max on bench and press in SS what would You reccomend doing when getting back and starting to train again? Start where I left off, go withsame weight as the last sessions before holiday or go down in weights and work my way back up again?

Go back in time about a week and work back up. Should be no problem.
