Post Squat Camp Report - Atlanta, GA - 6/30/2013

This was my first experience working with any of the coaches here at SS. Steve Hill told me I would learn a bunch and he wasn't kidding.

As the article, "Active Hip 2.0: The Directors' Cut" mentions, I learned to shove my knees out to get the depth. I was continually impressed with Steve's ability to see the finest detail, the most subtle nuance in each person's squat and make a correction that allowed the student to get deeper and come out of the bottom with more force.

I will be taking two more camps with Steve and will be back in Atlanta in November.

Tonight is squat night and I can't wait to get back under the bar. Thanks for your help, Steve!
