Hey Jordan…your forum is my new favorite to peruse here on SS.

Hopefully this isn’t consult territory and may be useful to others on the board…

Question is if my plan will inhibit up my goals of hitting a 1200 total (300/400/500) sometime within the next year without getting uber-fat. I gain weight (more fat than muscle) rather quickly. Would like to hit these numbers at a bodyweight of under 200.

    Stats: 5’7”, 42 y/o, 190lbs, ~23% BF (per bod pod)

Late last year I ran Texas Method up to 235x5 bench, 335x5 DL, 150x5 press, and 275x5 squat…tested 1RM maxes of 255 bench/365 deadlift/160 press/315 squat at a bodyweight of around 200 – then experienced some exercise-induced ADD, program-hopped, and screwed everything up. Currently re-running novice LP and am back up to bench: 200x5x3, squat: 250x5x3, dead: 315x5 and press: 125x5x3. Haven’t moved up to advanced novice yet because the extra rest days seem to help with recovery…training weights feel like I have lots of room to grow. Running 1 day on/2 days off for us older guys…no conditioning but I throw in chins and dips on press days.

    Diet basically looks like this:

    Training day macros: 190p/380c/75f
    Off day macros: 190p/190c/75f

Typical training day pre and post workout shakes: pre – 24g whey, cup grape juice / post – 48g whey, cup grape juice + normal breakfast (milk, cereal, berries).

Other meals consist of 8oz chicken breast, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp peanut-butter, 1 tbsp blackberry jam, occasionally a piece of fruit and/or a carrot

Dinner sits at around 50g protein, 20 – 100g carbs (depending on the day), and around 20g fat.

Any remaining holes are caught with almonds, fruit, lean protein, etc...depending on where the macros end after dinner.

I have one cheat day where I typically will hit around: 150p/400c/120f

I fluctuate between +1 and -1 lbs per week.

Maybe, maybe not. It's going to be more program related given your current diet, which looks okay except for a little light on the protein.
