    Jordan,

    I've been given a small tub of D Ribose to try out, I had never heard of it before and have been told to only take a small amount in water about 30 mins before training. Apparently it will help my energy levels during my training session as well as aid recovery between sets.

    Have you come across this before and what's your views on it?

    Yes. It's just a simple carb, nothing more and nothing less. Use it like you would any other carb supplement.
