Starting TM. Want to use prowler
I've switched to a much less physical job. Because of this i've changed from 5/3/1 to Texas Method.
I'd like to do some prowler conditioning at least twice a week. If possible. My nutrition won't be a problem. If anything, I tend to over eat. I've already put on nearly 10lbs in a few weeks from the lack of hard work at my new job.
What days is it safe to use the prowler on TM? How many sprints? I've been doing 7 sprints for 15-20 seconds w/ 2-3 minute rests once a week. It's not cutting it at this point, though.

Do another one the day after VD. Add weight, it should be very hard.
