Alcohol and fat
I just read the article on this at the perfect health diet site. It says PUFAs and alcohol are bad news, but SFA with moderate alcohol is fine. References if you are interested:

Yea, saturated fats don't get oxidized at all but PUFAs do. On the other hand, eating a lot of fat will likely also result in ingestion of significant PUFAs so I'm not so sure I'm on the "high-fat" diet train without a few stipulations.
