Interstitial Cystitis

Hi Jordan,

A close friend of mine was recently diagnosed with interstitial cystitis. She was advised to visit a dietitian to improve her eating habits, so she is working on scheduling that.

In the interim, I wanted to ask you if you know anything about this condition and if you had any helpful instructions you could offer her.

I don't know. Complimentary medicine hasn't been studied extensively in IC, but elimination of possible troublesome foods may help. Maybe have her try Paleo for 30 days and see how she does.
