Because of this I end up eating less whole foods.

Anything wrong with drink a GOMAD or half GOMAD after the movie
    Phase?

I still fail to see how GOMAD will make you less full than a whey shake..

I had this problem awhile back too. I cut the amount of liquid I was using by about 40%. The shake was thicker and "chewier," but it reduced its total volume and did the trick for me, even if it was just psychologically.

Some studies (no, I won't go find them) actually found the opposite. They found a thicker whey shake was psychologically more like solid food, which helped restrict caloric intake. When they added more water, it seemed less substantial to the dieters, and they were hungry again sooner than the others.

Either way, not a bad idea to try it for yourself and see how it works.

The movie phase is 6 months of lifting logs and wooden carts in a barn and running in the snow like in Rocky IV.
