    The title of this one more accurately reflects my life long goals which will be supported by my training for and competition in Powerlifting, Weightlifting and who-knows-what-else-meets.

    I competed in my first PL meet almost two weeks ago in the Female 165# weight class, Pure Unequipped Division, I'm 5'11". My numbers were:

    Squat:
    3rd 117.5kg (259.04#)PR
    BP:
    3rd 67.5kg (148.81#)PR
    DL
    3rd 142.5kg (314.16#)PR

    It was good times all in all. I was extremely happy to hit PRs for all lifts. Since then, I've basically just been dicking around/deloading/waiting to attend the SS Coaches Association Conference.
    This was my "dicking around" training:

    Tuesday 10/1/13

    Conditioning:

    Friday at the SSCA Conference

    Power Clean

    Saturday
    Sit x 9 hours
    Bottle of wine x 1
    Rib Eye x Lots

    .....

    Anyway, I'm going to try and squeeze some more out of LP. I'm going to adjust the volume on the squat and, based on how this week goes, perhaps adjust the volume on the other lifts as well.

    I can only imagine your frustration when you didn't see a collage of lululemon-clad datasses when you clicked through. Sorry about that. I'll hold you to that penance. But you can't blame me when you decide to wear yoga pants every time you squat.

    170x1x10 - missed my 5th rep, not really sure why. I definitely got spoiled with that nice bar at WFAC. Rogue = Fail.
