Began my journey on 21st July 2013. It's been an action-packed ride since.

Starting Stats for 3x5 as of July 21st, 2013:

    Squats: 35kg (77lbs)
    Deadlifts: 55kg (121lbs) for 1x5
    Bench Press: 25kg (55lbs)
    Press: 20kg (44lbs)
    Bodyweight: 74kg (163lbs)
    Height: 6'0
    Age: 24

Current Stats for 3x5 as of October 11th, 2013:

    Squats: 90kg (198lbs)
    Deadlifts: 115kg (253lbs) for 1x5
    Bench Press: 47.5kg (105lbs)
    Press: 41.25kg (91lbs)
    Bodyweight: 83kg (183lbs)

Started power cleaning two weeks ago and have had only 3 workouts since learning the correct form.
Current Power Clean: 37.5kg (83 lbs)

Progress hasn't been as smooth and as much as the program would give me because of a form reset on squats and a few missed workouts and poor sleep. Diet has been great, 4000 calories is a given each day and 4500 is reachable on workout days. Both my presses are very weak and I have had to resort to 1.25kg increments on them very early itself. I reset my bench 5kgs back and decided to give another try for 2.5kg increments because my bench seems too low compared to my squat and deadlift.

    Tomorrow's workout goal (3x5) :

    Squats: 92.5kg (204lbs)
    Press: 42.5kg (94lbs)
    Power Cleans: 40kg (88lbs)

    Today's Lifts for 3x5 :

    Squats: 92.5kg (203lbs)
    Press: 41.4kg (91lbs)
    Power Cleans: 40kg (88lbs)

I measured the weights exactly and the 5kg ones turned out to be 4.8kg so the Press weight was actually 41.4kg.
Squats felt good with a little grinding in the last couple of reps of the last set.
Power Cleans weren't perfect, felt a little heavy and few reps hit my left clavicle instead of my delts.

    Had a poor day today.

    Squats:
    Barx5
    35kgx5
    60kgx3
    75kgx1
    85kgx1
    95kgx5x3 (209lbs)

Had trouble keeping knees out on the last couple reps of each set.

    Bench:
    Barx5
    30kgx3
    40kgx2
    50kgx5x3 (110lbs)

    Bench felt smooth.

    Deadlift:
    50kgx5
    75kgx3
    95kgx1
    105kgx1
    120kgx1 (264bs)- Fail

I could eke out only one rep on my workset of 120kg on my deadlift which felt very heavy. I'm chalking it down to poor recovery due to less as well as disturbed sleep over the last couple of days. 9 hours sleep everyday from now on will be my target.
