    Eating well, drinking 1/2gal lactose free whole milk per day.
    Sleep is okay. Sometimes short when I am enjoying time with the fairer sex.

    I am getting too drained by the heavy squats to do heavy deadlifts the same day (lower back is the weakest link). I think I will start to bring in the power clean on the heavy squat days and do light squats when I do heavy deadlifts.
