Started out with Stronglifts, now on SS. Been at it for about 8 weeks or so. Starting weights were:
Squats 135lbs
Deadlifts 135 lbs
OHP 45 lbs
BP 95 lbs
PC 95 lbs
Only gained 5 lbs so far because I don't down enough calories. I have had SS BBT 3 for a year or so.. Always loved training with barbells, but didn't just do the program for some reason. After the last 8 weeks I'm hooked! My goals are to squat 2x body weight and Deadlift 405 lbs, and I want to accomplish these before June this year (25th bday). I think it's possible to achieve these on LP. Thanks everyone, looking forward to spending time on here.

Rested 4-5 mins on squats and presses, and about 2 mins between DL's. Felt great coming out of the gym afterwards.

Felt decent. Took the full 5 mins rest between sets.. Had to grind out a couple of reps in the second and third set. Should have the training parter to take a video for Monday to get some form checks up
Bench

This is my worst exercise out of the big 5. I did paused reps to try to learn to keep everything tight. Reading the chapter from SS was great for remembering the details. 3 mins rest between sets
Power clean

These went pretty well today. 120 doesn't feel too bad, although the form could probably be a bit better timing wise. Just find myself trying not to overthink these too much. 2 mins rest between sets

Do you have a belt and shoes?
No I don't.. Squatting with socks/ no belt. Definitely in the market for both. Any suggestions? I'm on a budget lol
