    Hi.
    My name is Inhyuk.
    I'm male, 28, 5'9", 200lbs - 27% BF
    I live in Korea(south). I'm korean.

I started SS program about 2 years ago.
But no great improvement since last year.
I think this is because of my poor nutrition and my poor form.

Trying to eat meat alot , Increasing intake up to 3500 gradually. (now 2700)
    My form is still humble.

I started SS with empty bar at 180lbs.

And This is my heaviest set.
    SQ - 256 (3sets x 5Reps)
    BP - 146 (3x5)
    OHP - 126 (3x5)
    DL - 330 (1x5)
    PC - 134 (5x3)

    I'm using SS advanced program.
    Hope to break my wall.

Welcome to the forum. Your numbers look strong to me. You may wish to post a video on the technique section if you are able.

    2014-02-14 WORKOUT VIDEO.

    SQ - 252lbs (3x5)
    OHP - 128lbs (3x5) - FAIL- 4/5/4
    DL - 320lbs (1x5) - FAIL- 2Reps.

SQ : NOT BAD, NOT GOOD. set 3 video.

    OHP : I did 5reps only set 2. here's set 2 video.

DL : I deloaded from 330lbs to 300lbs. and I load 10lbs. This is 320lbs. And I failed. I had no energy left after I did only 2.
And my form looks not good at all.

I usually only comment on DL because that's the only one of my lifts that's any good. But I can't help but comment on Squat and OHP. On your way up with squat you seem to lean forward. The bar does not go straight up. I don't know why exactly but I hope that someone more accomplished will take a look and comment for you.

The OHP was great. I know the fifth lift was a strain but you made it. The bar path looked exactly vertical and your form was admirable.

DL: I think you may have the bar too close to your shin when you start. Try backing off a 1/2" and see if that helps. I frequently fail on work sets. Then the next session they come up. Don't give up. Also you may wish to try a reverse grip with your weaker hand. Again, there are many more advanced lifters than I who post here. There suggestions will have more merit but that is what I believe I saw.

    Keep up the good work.

    2014-02-17 WORKOUT VIDEO.

    SQ - 256lbs (3x5)
    BP - 133lbs (3x5)
Back Extension with 22lbs plate. (3x10)
    Chins - 3 set- did 1/1/1

SQ : Trying to balance in middle of my feet

BP : I hate bench, It is really hard to progress.
I failed 148lbs last time in a row, so I deloaded. Really frustrating. Really.

Squats looked good. The third lift of the set was a little shaky but not bad. Good work.

I hope a coach looks at your bench. Ask someone if they can slide their open hand between the small of your back and the bench. They should be able to do that. Pinch your shoulder blades together and don't let them wobble (like I sometimes do). Are your feet flat on the floor? Otherwise, they looked good.
