Been putting off starting this for a while, am about 19.5 years old, around 6'0" tall, and around 160 pounds. Former cross country runner as well. Feel like I might be a prime candidate to end up NDTP, so logging to keep myself honest. Have been putting off actually training for a while.

    Day 1:

    Squat
    45x5x2
    75x5
    95x3
    115x2
    125x1
    135x4
    135x5x2

    Press
    45x5x2
    50x5x3

    Deadlift
    85x5
    105x5
    125x5
    135x5

Not exactly impressive weights to start out with, pressing was quite hard. Guess it will be another read through of the book tonight.

Welcome. You will find that putting on a bit of weight as you train will help you train better and increase your strength. It's a good start.
