Notes: My low back kind of caved in the last 2 reps of deads. The high rep curlz were a new thing today.

Notes: BW is moving up . Nice little "recovery" workout today. Ready for Tuesday's ID. The press was a grind but I put more emphasis on squeezing at the top today for the trapzzz.

Notes: Bleh, I only got 272.5 4 times on squat cause I went too low on the last rep and drilled the safety bar or I'm pretty positive I would have got 5. The bench I'm normally used to was gone today because equipment is apparently in the process of getting moved to a new weight room, so I had to adjust to a shitty bench. Also, I only got 340x4 on deadlift cause I had a hell of a sharp pain in my upper back even though the reps felt fairly smooth. A very difficult workout to judge based on all the BS today but I guess I'll just keep on trucking and see what happens. I also slacked a little on diet over the past few days because I was cramming for a big exam and work, meetings, etc. The outlook the next couple weeks is better.

Notes: Felt like I was able to find better low bar placement today. I was squatting light but the weight seemed to pop off the rack and felt "light" on my back. I woke up a little later than I wanted with the time change so I didn't eat much before the workout or my BW may have been higher. I skipped the weighted chins today cause I felt kind of weak on a semi-empty stomach. On to bigger and better things Tuesday.

Notes: Good workout. PR on bench. This is my last week of officiating basketball so my legs won't be taking such a beating after Thursday and I expect my BW/squat/deadlift to climb after that. Still hashing out some form on the PC.

Notes: Meh. I need to reset my deadlift 10 pounds. I'm trying to pull before I get my back flat. I'm on spring break now so I have plenty of time to eat. I want to be atleast 182 by the end of spring break since my weight has been stalling lately. No excuses. I'm also done officiating basketball so less running means I'll start adding weight to the squat again since my legs will be fresher.

Notes: I think 135 for 3x5 is probably a press PR but it was kind of ugly so I may reset a little and switch the rep range to 4x4 for a month. Excited for Tuesday's ID!
