    Ready to start logging again. I started a new job, had a kid, and moved twice in the last year so things have been hectic. Still managed to train but havnt made any quality progress. I'm going to be training for a powerlifting meet until July and then im going to take it easy and casually olympic lift with modest goals. Id like to total 1500 at this meet at the end of June and then I'd be satisfied and ready to focus on weightlifting which I really do enjoy more.

    current lifts.
    squat 352 5x5
    Bench 298 5x5
    Deadlift 465 3x3
    Press 198 5x5
    Snatch 100kg
    CJ 130kg

    None of those are true maxes but are where my work weights are at the moment.

    Had to train at work today and the roof isnt high enough to do standing OHP so I did it seated.

    Seated press. 195x5x5
    Paused closegrip bench 225x10x3
    Pullups bwx9's

    Backsquat 360x5x3
    The rack at work is fucked, cant set up properly so these were harder then they should have been. didnt do 5x5 because the rack was so bad.

    Pause front squats. up to 275x3 pretty easy.

    Snatch pulls 315x3x3


    Not the training session I wanted but I had to make due with the equipment available.

    Oh I 250'd. and then I 260'd and then 240'd. Now im just regular 250 again.

    Bad man, My legs were destroyed.Won the game though!

    Snatch up to 225
    Press 205x5 225x2 185x5x3
    Incline bench 185x10x3
    bunch of pullups

    Sat
    Clean and Jerk up to 335 lbs for a new PR. Havnt trained it in a while so I was pretty happy.
    Just dicked around with a few squats and clean pulls after that.
