    Good start so far. I reckon from the video that all weights are in kg. I dig the shoes.

    Thanks mate, been doing patchy lifting for less than a year now, hoping to get a bit more serious now. Shoes are from Florsheim's powerlifting range. Gonna punch some speed holes in them, they smell terrible.

    squats/ass curls 97.5x4, fuark missed the last rep again. decided gains don't make themselves, so hit 97.5x5x3 after that.

    Arrg! All these people posting in Kilos makes me have to math! (which is terrible, as a Canadian, I should probably be using Kilos as well).

    squats 102.5x5x2, x3x2. devo. missed on the 4th rep of set 3. waited 7 mins, had another crack then did the same thing.
