A little bit about myself, My name is Colin and I'm 18 years old. I started lifting weights a couple months before I found SS. Starting strength is really what got me hooked. I ran starting strength for 8.5 months and saw a huge increase in my lifts. I plan on lifting weights for the rest of my life.
    Squat:135 3x5-- 345x5
    Bench:95 3x5-- 195 3x5
    Press:45 3x5--117.5 3x5
    Deadlift:135x5-- 350x5
    Bodyweight:140--202
    Height-5'11 1/2
I have an upcoming meet in October and I'm super pysched about it. I have been working as a janitor at the gym I train at and I've decide I'm going to put the money to good use and hopefully will hire Jordan to help with my nutrition. I will be following 5/3/1 programming for at least the first half of college to make sure I am properly recovered as I adjust to college life.

My old log can be found here http://startingstrength.com/resource...ad.php?t=44748

First. You will like college 5x more than High School at least I do. Probably the best time of your life and tons of time for gainz. Enjoy.

    Press
    115x5
    105x5
    95 3x5

    Bench
    165x5
    185x2
    165x5
    135x10
Nothing special by any means, just trying to get back in the groove

    Cycle 1 week 1
    Squat
    225x5
    240x5
    295x5
    Deadlift
    225 3x5
    Chins
    25#x25 total reps
    Ab pull downs
    5x10

I was supposed to deadlift 285 3x5 but my low back wasn't going to have anything to do with that. So I played it safe considering I haven't squatted or deadlifted in 18 days
