Dad sick. He has to be with me since I'm under 16 so no workout today.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, for the past few weeks i couldnt lift. But today, I'm back. After noticing a significant loss in strength, im restarting SS + GOMAD.
Monday 28th July 2014 - 137 lbs - 14.55% BF
Squats - Successful 35kg 3*5
OHP - Successful 20kg 3*5
Deadlift - Successful 50kg 1*5
So, yeah, my lifts went down by a gargantuan amount. But I'll build myself back up in no time!

I pray that your Dad has recovered. I'm glad that you are back at it. Don't give up.
So, yeah, Dad's better but he has to get surgery for his Carpal Tunnel Syndrome tmrow so no workout for this week.
