Not my training log
OK so like the title says this isn't my training log. Well technically it's my log but it's her training. Recording it here for posterity because she's the most important client I'll ever have.
Frankly it's like pulling teeth to get her to train (busy schedule not the least of reasons [excusees]) So, she's agreed to 2 times a week.
Day 1:
HBS 85x3x8
BSS BWx2x10
Hip thrusts on block BWx1 set
Notes: she just wanna complain. there's some definite asymmetry (very mild really) on bilateral exercises but I have to pick my battles,,,,,,,,,,,
