Customizing TM
I want to run TM on the Squat, Deadlift, Bench, and Weighted Chin. Obviously, a volume day for all 4 exercises would be insane, so I was wondering if you could do the upper and lower body weekly cycles starting on different days of the week (lower-body Intensity Day two days after upper-body to minimize lat conflict between chin and deadlift).
Also, I've been using 3x5s with alternating intensities (100% PR and 70%) as a late-novice to keep progress going. Can TM be run in a similar way, with, for example, 100% PR, 80%, and 60% being rotated? I'm hypertrophy-oriented for now, so a 1x5 PR is not as interesting to me.
