I have a good hill near my house. It can be ran over 100 yards. I have experimented with 40-60 yard sprints on the minute for 8-10 minutes. Is this a good plan or do you have a better idea? This is not to get abz, but a way to loose some body fat with conditioning that's better than LSD running.
