    Default Programming hill sprints

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    I have a good hill near my house. It can be ran over 100 yards. I have experimented with 40-60 yard sprints on the minute for 8-10 minutes. Is this a good plan or do you have a better idea? This is not to get abz, but a way to loose some body fat with conditioning that's better than LSD running.

    I promise I will get to your posts. You don't need to post things twice. Fall is busy at the gym with new clients and more importantly it's Dove Season. That means a little less time online. Patience.
