    I don't know if I'm an advanced novice or intermediate but I'm trying linear programming again.

    Sq 135 x 5, 225x3, 275 5 rep 3 sets belted.
    Bench barx20, 135x5, 185x3, 205x3, 225 5 x 3 sets
    Dl 135x5, 225x3, 315 x5
    Bb curls 95 x5x2

    Time to really push it to the edge.

    I probably started after you left but could you remind us of your age, height, and weight, please. Your re starting weights are good. It will be interesting to watch your progression.

    Squat 295 x3 right adductor killing me. Rubbing on it looks well, don't do it in public.
    Bench 230x 5

    Probably should have reset weights lower to get momentum but I'm friggin greedy and pay for it like an idiot.

    Nice lifts, guy! I grew up in Detroit in the 60s and then W. Bloomfield in the 70s.

    I keep seeing videos of women squatting 285 or 270 and ask myself how I can possibly do better...

    Bench 230 x5 (I had trouble moving the weight on the warmups. I stuggle with form issues and I blew a set here...)

    We moved from the Chicago area to SE Michigan upon retirement. Al Gore promised us Global Warming which of course didn't happen. We assumed a tropical climate in Michigan throughout the year. That Gore was a big big liar!


    Actually, it's cheaper here and we have a large extended family in the area. Our children and grandchildren still live in the Chicago area. We go back frequently.
