I had taken off the past 2 weeks due to moving. I still felt exhausted from the move, so I decided to start a new training cycle and go light, very light. However, it still felt heavy today.
Bench Press : 135x5, 155x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 250x5, - 220x5x5
Close Grip Bench Press - 150 x 10 - 8 , 145 x 10-9-10
DB Hammer Curls : 35's x 10 x 5

Mission : Conditioning - I decided to add some conditioning to my workouts by doing 400 and 800 meter runs 2x per week. I have every intention on EASING into this.
