Weighted Pullups Stall on TM
Based on my goals my main lifts are Incline Bench Press and Weighted Pullups. I'm doing TM 3-Day Split: Mon: Incline (5x5), Weighted Pullups (5x5); Wed: OHP (5x3), DB Rows (5x3); Fri: Incline (5x1), Weighted Pullups (5x1), Arm Work.
It's my second week in this routine. Last week I hit 4reps in Weighted Pullups. This week I tried getting 5reps, but only got 4reps. I feel like Monday was too much volume. I'm resting 10min. before Weighted Pullups. I' planning to bump that up to 20min. because I think I might have not yet been fully recovered from that 1set of heavy Incline. Or should I reduce volume by 5x3, 5x4, or reduce weight by 5-10%? Or should I switch to 4-Day Split so I can hit Weighted Pullups fresh?
*My Incline Bench Press is going up nicely though. And, I'm eating in a calorie surplus.

Just switch to a 4 day split.
