    Generally, how much rest do I take between sets on 2x3's, 3x2's, and 5x1's in TM Phase II?

    Shorter on the singles. Probably get away with 3 minutes if you are conditioned. Goes up from there as reps get higher. If triples are balls out you might need 10 mins between attempts.

    I need at least 5 minutes between 5 singles across on deadstop rack bench presses @ 90-95% 1RM. They're just brutal. I'm not clear on the physiology of it - something to do with the nervous system, I suppose. And if one single is a really slow grind, the next one won't even leave the pins.

    Deadstop Rack Presses and or Squats are a little bit of a different animal. Yes, the brutal grind of those exercises are not the same as a regular single
