His best squat at 140kg bodyweight is 305kg.
I am currently estimating his next comp to go around 320

I thought i might start this thread and post up how some of my clients/gym members are training and their relevant preps for up coming comps.
ashleigh has been with the gym for 6 months now.
Current comp pbs are
160/85/162.5@79kg
I recently implemented wraps into her training.

She recently squatted 150kgx4 fairly easy. She should squat 180kg in february at GPC state titles.
