    Default 1 Day On, 2 Off

    Hi Andy,

    I discovered the beauty of the 1 day on, 2 days off schedule. It allowed me to come back to LP and push it further. I currently don't get enough sleep day in and day out, so I was deciding between HLM and this. I like how fresh I come to every workout.

    Is there any disadvantage of the less frequent training vs. HLM? Besides the mention in PPST3, you don't seem to propagate it much here on the interwebz.

    And second question, is it possible to overdo the press? After some minor stalls I began doing 5x5 back off sets at 80 % and the progress is back on.

    I'm a huge fan of going 1 on 2 off. It's my standard old guy recommendation for LP. I just cant use it much at the gym because I have to keep my clients on a set schedule.

    If I wanted to work in some conditioning in going 1 on 2 off where would you program it in.
