Is there any disadvantage of the less frequent training vs. HLM? Besides the mention in PPST3, you don't seem to propagate it much here on the interwebz.
And second question, is it possible to overdo the press? After some minor stalls I began doing 5x5 back off sets at 80 % and the progress is back on.
