Got so pissed off trying to explain to my 12 year old daughter how to film me that I just called it a bad day.

Here's my original stats from my 1st Squat form check , will start backfilling from where it leaves off. I'm thinking posting here will benefit me somehow , but I am not sure of how, yet.
5'7" 33 years old
8 week progress:

Bench 135 >>> 200
BB Row 135 >>> 170 (started in SL 5x5) like these, feel like they help my bench
Press 90 >>> 130

Schedule is off because of exams this week and next. I'm wondering If I should just suck it up and do work out B tomorrow, so I get back on Monday, wednesday, saturday schedule. I'm open to suggestions here.
Thanks for asking. I have dillydallied with weights on and off since I was USMC infantry. I never really educated myself about about it until now.
I started with 5x5 last december year I started to stall around 20 weeks then I got sick and my workout fell apart.
Then I found SS in mid August but was trying to do SS, plus running and biking, and I got injured after one month.
Now I'm at it again , so far so good, getting help on this forum and have bested my previous numbers from my first run in 10 weeks. SS made me realize my form was shit, and as hard as it was , I gave up the running and leisure biking.
