Hey guys, decided to log and I'm going to do it for a whole year!
Reached lifts of after about 6-8 months of SS and a short stint of TM
    180kg x 1 squat,
    217.5kg x 1 deadlift,
    120kg x 1 bench
    80kg OHP
    120 (maybe 117.5kg) power clean
85kg x 2 power snatch from the knee (didnt train this)

THEN plagued by injuries and general fucking around

Most recent training PRs before a slight back injury

    Squat 147.5 3x5
    Deadlift 177.5 1x5
    OHP 61.25 3x5
Bench around 100kg 3x5 (cant remember the exact number)

Regarding injuries: because I'm 22 I think I'm invincible and do stupid shit (like get a 120kg disabled man up the bed on my own in a twisty, flexy spine snapping action. So the plan is to be uber careful and see if i stay injury free as I've never actually injured myself in the gym.

    Monday 16/12/14

    Squat: 110kg x 5 (felt v. Light), 120kg 2x5
    OHP: 52.5kg - 3x5 (easy)
Deadlift: 150kg x 5, felt more heavy than it should've but i used the hook grip which I'm Not used to.

Plan for 2015 and the remainder of 2014: lift in at least 1 meet, stay injury free as possible (aka don't do stupid shit), grow (I'm down to 190lbs at 6.2 (did get up to around 215 lbs), CONSISTENCY, this completely goes out of the window when things aren't going my way (injuries, not being anywhere near PRs)

Also i throw a little javelin (maybe take this a little more seriously)

    Wednesday, 24/12/14, Christmas Eve gainz

    Squat: 132.5kg - 3x5 last set @7.5
Bench: 90kg - 3x5 last set @ 8.5 first session back in a while, this was pretty easy and my shoulders are feeling all kinds of lubed.
Power cleans: 90kg - 5x3 out of the groove a little, but these were easy
Bent over rows: 70X10, 60x10, seeing if these help keep my shoulders healthy

Squat: 137.5kg - 3x5, last set @8. Weight felt horrendously heavy but went up alright. Wasn't letting my knees come forward enough on the first 2 sets.
Press: 61.25kg - 2x4, 1x4. Let to many of the reps get forward of me and just became to tired to finish the last rep.
    Power cleans: 92.5kg - 5x3, shnappy

Deadlift: 172.5kg x5@ what i thought was a 9.5 but looking back at the video it flew up?! Probably a 8, think I've lost the ability to grind with these.
