Squats at Amsterdam camp ( weights in KG)

    20x5x2
    40x5
    60x5
    80x5
    90x5
    100x5
    90x5
    90x5

For the last month i have been dealing with painful elbows/forearms. Jordan pointed out i jacked up my elbows to high, it felt weird bringing them down but afterwards no burning pain just a irritating feeling so that's a good sign.

    note to self:
    more controlled decent
    eye gaze
    knees forward

Hey, I went to the London squat camp and Jordan gave me the same fix. My elbow is now feeling better than it has done in months.

Nice! Today I had almost zero pain. If I didn't went to the camp I probably still struggled with it, coaching is crucial sometimes.

    Bench

Pretty decent speed wise. Although I need to correct my bar path, pressing back to starting position instead of straight up.

    Deadlift
    120x5

Last 2 reps I needed to switch to hook grip, it threw me of a bit.
