Age, height, weight, please.
Just got back from Squat Camp in Chicago. It was great, really appreciate the coaching. It’s time to keep my chin down and run up my lagging squat. Maybe logging will be my missing link.

I really have to fight to keep my chin down when I'm grinding.

I had the same issue with keeping my chin down. Try staring at that lighter spot on the floor right in front of you and keep your eyes focused.
Thanks, it's amazing how hard simple things get when you'r tired.I had the same issue with keeping my chin down. Try staring at that lighter spot on the floor right in front of you and keep your eyes focused.
My bad, those are concentric rep speeds, first rep to last. SoI'm sorry, what are those numbers under 1, 2, and 3 at the bottom of your post?
1st set, 1st rep .43 m/s --- 1st 5th rep .28 m/s
I really have no need of the information, I just think it's interesting. I'm also kind of wondering what it will look like when I can't make 10 lbs jumps anymore.
Definitely interesting. How are you getting this information? Tendo?
I've seen John Hanley suggest 0.1 m/s tends to be about 1RM speed for experienced lifters.

Looking forward to 2 days off squats. I'm hoping to keep up the 10 lbs increases for another week, we shall see.
Unless I'm mistaken a Tendo is way out of my garage gym budget. I'm using the PushBand ~ $150. It's supposed to be strapped to the elbow, but I just put it on the bar sleeves. For movements without a turnover I think it's acceptable. It seems precise enough, though I have no real way to judge accuracy. It doesn't really matter though, I'll just keep adding 10 lbs until I fail. How are you getting this information? Tendo?
