    Squats: 3 sets of 5 reps. 352.5lbs. They were belted and the knees were sleeved. All successful. Nothing to note here.

    Bench press: 3 sets of 5 reps at 185lbs. I noticed last week that I was contacting my chest well below my sternum. My elbows were staying tight to my side, so I had to massively deload for the new form. I went from 3 sets for 3 reps at 285lbs. The new (proper) movement felt natural but I could barely manage to press 255 for 1. I plan on a rapid ramp up. Bench every Monday and add 10lbs every week.
