Should of paid closer attention to instruction and stopped DL at 135 for 1 rep as this was workout #1 and I was just finding the weights so to speak....., I continued for a full set of 5. I will repeat 145 on day 2 for 3x5 to start fresh.

Chin 2x20 (I am doing these now for the elbow protocol as I had problems before starting with it before SS)
This was my 6th SS workout so I have now completed one full round of A,B,A-B,A,B. Today was the first day anything felt heavy. The Squat had my attention, but was very manageable. The Dead Lift was the first time I noted the heaviness drastically increasing. Bench was still light.
Last week I started tracking calories with my fitness pal and I am way low. I was doing Crossfit before I decided to get stronger and I was a low carb eater. I had lost 55lbs over the last 2 years so putting on body fat is a mind twist for me after doing the exact opposite for 2 years. The problem is since I started keeping a record, I am only eating 2000 to 2500 calories a day. I want to prescribe to Jordan’s "Beast" program as I am basically the example C guy. I just can’t find a way to cram in 1500 more calories right now.
