I am sure you hear this a lot but I wanted to say thank you for your wisdom an the mechanics of lifting.

You sir are a genius.

I suffer from horrible arthritis but because of your advice and knowledge you freely share I am dead lifting early 2x body weigh with straps x 6 (345lbs) (hands can't grip more then 315 unfortunately but slowly getting there) I now squat a little over body weight at 205lbs for 6 reps (my back is a major issue right at the hip) and I will be using your press method to improve so I can't give you a true number yet. It is around 125 lbs. I do not have a bench but I can dip with 55lbs around my waist for 12 reps.

You have helped this sufferer immeasurably.
