For today, only video'd squats. Will video all exercises in the future, with the appropriate title on all videos for progress tracking.

I began training on March 10th of this year with the following lifts:

    squat 3x5 at 95 pounds
    bench 85 3x5
    deadlift 135 for 1x5
press started at 65 or 70 for 3x5, don't remember which.
Couldn't do a single pull up

Lifts for today June 19th, 2015:
    Squats:

    Bench press 175 for 3x5
Deadlifts 315 for 1x5 (wasn't a perfect set, will repeat same weight for next workout)
    5 sets of pull ups over the course of the evening (3 hours): 10, 9, 10 (2 negatives), 9, 10 (2 negatives)

    Workout for 6/22/2015

Squats felt very heavy today, I already deloaded twice, so I guess it might time to start backoff sets or adding a light day on Wednesday once I stall again. For some reason, my iPhone did not film set 2 of squats today, must've forgotten to press film before setting up the camera.

    Squat:

Will include press and bent over row videos on next post. Since only 4 videos per post allowed.

    Workout for 6/22/2015

Press failed on the 5th rep of the 2nd set. I backed off 5 pounds to complete set 3. I will attempt 130 lbs again for a 3x5 next press workout. A side note: doing 5 sets of pull ups on bench press days, are helping enormously with press and bench press numbers.

    Press:

It may be the camera angle, but it sure looks like you are cutting the range of motion on the press at the bottom .

    Welcome to the forum!

Re the press - do have a look at the videos by Rip for Press 2.0 - (you are doing what we call 1.0). It's a bit more technical but will allow you to engage more muscle groups & move more weight. I second what BrooklynJerry said - you are not getting full ROM.
Re the squats - they are lookign pretty good, but your knees seem to come forward a tad too much - check out TUBOW (search for it).

It's OK to keep your T-Shirt on (this is not that kind of forum) ... we can see your posture just fine. Just saying.

Post some videos of your deadlift. Are you drinking a gallon of milk a day?

    Thanks for the replies everyone!

I was drinking 1/2 gallon of fat free milk a day up until 2 weeks ago. I stopped afterwards. I'm drinking about 1/4 of a gallon now.

When I first looked, it does indeed look like I'm not going all the way down, but I assure you I'm going as far as mobility and limb length allows me to. I will film in another angle and maybe closer up next time.
