    Hello. I'm new to this forum, though I've lurked around for a long time.

    I'm a 26 year old norwegian male. I'm 180cm and 89kg, which translates to 5'10'' and 198 pounds.

    I'm currently running a modified 5/3/1 full body, and I'm using Karl's 5/1 as I found it suggested while lurking around here. It works great for me now. Think I'm in my 5th or 6th cycle, and still going strong. Due to shoulder issues I have switched flat barbell bench to incline barbell bench, and thats about it. My routine is as follows:

    Monday:
    Squat 4x5 @ 85% of firdays top set
    Incline barbell bench 4x6
    Chins 2x4-6
    DB rows 3x4-6
    Biceps curl 3x10-12

    Wednesday
    Squat 2x5 @ 75% of fridays top set
    Press 5/1
    Barbell rows 2x6-8
    GHR 3x6-8

    Friday
    Squat 5/1
    Incline barbell bench 5/1
    Deadlift 5/1
    Chins 2x4-6

    And that's it. I have good results following it, and no signs of resetting yet.

    Chins
    4x4 @ bw

    Incline barbell bench

    55x5
    62,5x6 (137 pounds)
    55x10

    Glute ham raise
    3x6 @ bw
