New log, new start
Have had no mojo lately.. I'm about 7 kg above what I consider myself in shape..
Start fresh, will run SS then go into maybe TM, will tackle that when suits

Starting super light, making form perfect and really focusing on alignment.. Squats are in flats, no sleeve or belt for now.. Trying a bit more of a hybrid candito high bar instead of full Olympic high bar..
Will do some extra back work after deads, just for some more back volume.. Will look at adding in other accessories if any weaknesses develop, ie single leg work etc

Struggled with squats, got better as session went on.. Did warm up in oly shoes, but felt first set was worse in them, so changed to flatter shoes.. Probably not smart, deep

Felt better today, have been a bit sick... I am thinking that I'll slide into an advance novice temp, I know from past experience I'm likely to stall withing the next 2 weeks/ 15kg.. Might put front squat rotated with pause squat on the press and deadlift workout..
