I already asked her on IG but she ignored me. https://instagram.com/p/6BCcZyD1fn/?taken-by=pamflexfit

Looks like it's tapered but what size? 2.5" in the front? She used to use the Inzer lever but switched to this one.

It's just a standard tapered belt. Yes, 2.5" in front. Who cares, tapered belts suck.

I'm thinking it may be good for very petite people (I'm 4'11) since it may be hard to get into position for deadlifts even with a 3"

Alot of posters make fun of those taypered belts around here, yet that's what most Olympic lifters use....and I mean the guys in the fucking Olympics.

I have a 4" Inzer myself...but I see no problem for what you said (OP)....even that yellow belt on her pic looks like it could give her problems in front....

I agree the ones that are HUGE in the back...the ones that look like part of a futuristic Batman Costume...those seem silly

All she does (besides ab selfies) is squat, bench, deadlift.
She's like the polar opposite of the other guy.

I don't have any near me and don't know anyone who has one I could try.

But I don't know if 2.5 all around is adequate for squats?

A SS Couch (I believe it was Adam) said the 3" was too wide for him for conventional and he's 5'7
