Starting a new log. Old one is here.
In early June I suffered a Jones fracture in my right foot (same injury as Dez Bryant and Kevin Durant). No surgery, but two months of no weight bearing and daily bone stimulator treatment. Foot is doing rather well right now.
Got back in the gym two weeks ago pretty much starting from scratch and running a basic LP. I'm planning on taking the normal progression through the novice and advanced novice stages, then settle into a practical intermediate program.
stats:
age: 34
weight: 191
height: 5'6"
best lifts:
SQ: 315x3
BP: 210x4
OHP: 145x1

Goals:
Primarily, I would like to get my weight down to 175 by the end of November. By December I should be able to add in some calories and hopefully I'll be back to hitting some PRs.

Thanks, Craig. Some extra accountability is always good!
Good luck with your recovery
