The Basics: Female, 35yrs, 5’3, hanging somewhere around 145lbs.
Started a SS program towards the end of July and am finally getting around to keeping a public record of my accomplishments.
I lift 2x per week due to my schedule. This is my first endeavor in heavy lifting.

On Sunday 9/13/15 I ran the Reebok Spartan Super in the mountains on NJ. It was a 10+ mile course, uphill both ways (ha), with 30 obstacles. I took the following day off from lifting. Got back to work on Wednesday…

Deadlift: 135x5, 155x3, 175x1, 195x5
Squats were “sky high” and I felt like I was dying. Definitely not fully recovered from the race at all!

Backed off weight on the squats and press. Hit a benchmark on the deadlifts although they were not the prettiest looking pulls.
