    Default Log Name Pending. Weight for it...

    The Basics: Female, 35yrs, 5’3, hanging somewhere around 145lbs.
    Started a SS program towards the end of July and am finally getting around to keeping a public record of my accomplishments.

    I lift 2x per week due to my schedule. This is my first endeavor in heavy lifting.

    -- 7/22/2015 (STARTING STATS)--
    Squat: 45x5, 65x5, 85x4, 85x5x2, 89x5x3, 105x5x2
    Press: 15x5, 25x5, 35x5x2, 45x5x3
    Bench: 45x5, 55x5, 65x5x3
    Deadlift: 65x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5

    --9/9/2015--
    Squat: 45x5x2, 95x5, 120x3, 140x2, 150x3x5
    Press: 45x5, 50x3, 55x1, 57.5x5x3
    Bench: 45x5, 60x3, 70x1, 81.25x3x3(f), 65x14
    Deadlift: 95x5, 135x5, 170x1, 190x5

    On Sunday 9/13/15 I ran the Reebok Spartan Super in the mountains on NJ. It was a 10+ mile course, uphill both ways (ha), with 30 obstacles. I took the following day off from lifting. Got back to work on Wednesday…

    --9/15/2015--

    Squat: 45x5x2, 95x5, 120x3, 140x2, 152x3x2, 152.5x2x2 (f), 135x1
    Press: 45x5, 50x3, 55x1, 60x5x2, 60x4
    Deadlift: 135x5, 155x3, 175x1, 195x5

    Squats were “sky high” and I felt like I was dying. Definitely not fully recovered from the race at all!

    --9/21/2015--

    Squat: 45x5x2, 95x5, 105x3, 120x2, 135x5x3
    Bench: 45x5, 55x3, 65x1, 75x5x3
    Deadlift: 135x5, 155x3, 185x1, 200x5

    Backed off weight on the squats and press. Hit a benchmark on the deadlifts although they were not the prettiest looking pulls.

    Next session comes tonight!

    Nicely played with the log title J. Glad to see Skillin was able to get someone else to start a log on the internet; you are way ahead of Ferrigno on that!

    Spartan race stole your gainzZz! Go get them back.

    I think it's more like leather, mahogany, bay rum, patchouli, and musk.

    I will check the video out this evening. You can come out any time, we're usually in session Mondays & Thursdays during the week at the usual time, and at some point on Saturday mornings, depending on what fits into other schedules.
