Betaine HCl vs Betaine Anhydrous
Jordan, I have a question regarding the difference between these supplements. I see the Betaine Anhydrous is recommended pre and post workout. I've seen just Betaine HCl, which seems to be marketed with normal digestion. Then there is TMG, which it says is Betaine Anhydrous. Which one is the right one? Is TMG the same thing, which I assume it is based on the label? Does it matter whether it is a pill or powder?

TMG is betaine anhydrous. I like the powder personally, but I don't really have any hard data on it that suggests it (powder) is better
