Default Mid Back - Above Belt - Tweaked Squatting

I'm not sure how to describe it, but I was ending my squats with a couple of backoff sets @ ~ 70%. I was on rep 3 and I started to feel really weak. As I came up on rep 4, I just leaned forward to rack the bar and had to kind of collapse to the floor.

It's not my lower back, but about just above where my belt is (4" belt). It's painful to flex, extend, or rotate. I'm not sure what my course of action should be. I've started ibuprofen 600mg x 4-6 hrs.

    Any ideas?
