I suffer from inflammatory bowl disease and supplements cause me all sorts of trouble. Something like this would be quick and easy.

Fwiw OP, I got in the habit of drinking chocolate milk after workouts while training for triathlons. Since I've been strength training I like it before and after workouts. I like Nesquick chocolate powder. It has no HFCS unlike many of the syrup brands, and you can buy it in big relatively cheap tubs at BJs, and when mixing your own, if you measure macros you can manipulate the mix to fit your macros however you want.
