I have been "training" for some time now, but never really thought of making strength as my main goal, so i got the book and the app and started the program.

    Age: 17, weight: 62kg/136 lbs(started the program at 59kg/130lbs), height: 1.7meters

    my workouts so far

    4/10/2016
    squat- 50kg/110lbs 3*5
    press- 35kg/75 lbs 3*5
    deadlift- 50kg/110lbs 1*5

    4/12/2016
    squat- 55kg/120lbs 3*5
    bench press- 50kg/110lbs 3*5
    power clean- 30kg/65lbs 5*3
    chin ups -3*6 BW

    4/14/2016
    squat- 60kg/135lbs 3*5
    press- 37.5kg/85lbs 3*5
    deadlift- 60kg/130lbs 1*5

    4/17/2016
    squat- 65kg/145lbs 3*5
    bench press- 52.5kg/115lbs 3*5
    power clean- 35kg/75lbs 5*3
    chin ups- 3*7 BW

    4/19/2016
    squat- 70kg/155lbs 3*5
    press- 40kg/90lbs 3*5
    deadlift- 70kg/155lbs 1*5

    4/23/2016
    squat- 75kg/165lbs 3*5
    bench press- 55kg/120 3*5
    power clean- 40kg/90lbs 5*3
    chin ups-3*8 BW

    4/25/2016
    squat 77.5kg/170lbs 3*5
press 42.5kg/95lbs (did one set of five and on the other two i did 40kg/90lbs)
    deadlift 80kg/175lbs 1*5

    4/27/2016
squat- 80kg/175lbs- did the first set and failed to do the other two, probably because of my resting time which is 2.5 minutes, am going to rest 5 minutes next time and see if i will get all three sets.
bench press- 57.5kg/125lbs did 2*5 and on the last set i failed at the 5th rep.
    power clean 45kg/100lbs 5*3
was very exhausted so I skipped the chin-ups this workout.

Welcome. Are you male or female? It seems strange today in my life to thing of weight lifting outside the context of strength development. But as I think back to my teen years which were a very long time ago I don't think I gave it much thought either. Gaining strength is the principle goal of lifting weights. You are making good progress. I'll follow along.

I am a male, forgot to write it in my post.
And as for the teens today i can tell you that almost nobody cares about their strength, only about how strong they look like. Probably because of the fact that strength is useless to them. But for me , for example, strength is something i must have since i will be going to a naval commando unit entry week, in which some of the things you must have to succeed is strength.

Resting time is important for all the lifts. It is a bit boring if you've been used to reps to failure and one minute rests, but as the weights get heavier, you need longer rests.

It might be worth considering fractional plates for the press. It's prone to sticking.

    That is a wise approach.
