Which brand of fish oil is good? I recently read in an article that it is helpful in keeping weight loss on track. I am currently getting nutrition and weight management treatment over at the AESM facility here in Toronto, Canada for my weight management. Have anyone used Amway fish oil? Any advice?

I've really enjoyed the Kirkland brand, and I was leery about it initially. Minor fish burps, always pleasant... like I just polished off some sashimi.
