Welcome. Good to see your log here. After 9 months you may have exhausted your linear progression if you are following the plan. You seem to already be doing some other program. Do you know what program you are using.
BTW Offer us some personal stats. Give us your age, height, and weight. I gather that since you are using kg instead of lb you may not be near a coach. The second best is to offer some videos if possible. The Technique section is a good place to post them.
Haha sorry. I should've wrote that, but it was my first time to write such thing, so my mistake.
let me introduce myself. I was born in 1994, and I'm 5.7ft, 171.9lbs. I'm Korean, south. Living in Busan. Well, you said I may not be near a coach, true. I'm just a starter who wish to be a coach. My final goal is to be certified by Starting Strength.
I have used Texas program, but mixed. Actually 'CaptainKoreass' taught me this mixed program. If you're interested, please search his training log. It would have been better if I can tell you some more information about this mixed program, but I'm, as I said, still a starter. but I'm learning how to program with the books, Practical Programming for Strength Training and Strating Strength Basic Barbell Training.
As you told me to, I will take some videos, and tag here.
Not just training, I'm also a starter for English too. Short comment from you is a big help for me, both for my training and for my English. Thanks.
Wednesday My training logs
Rest
I rest 3days a week, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday.

You are most welcome. I hope you reach your goal of becoming a Starting Strength Coach. Your best avenue is to learn and follow the programs in the Starting Strength books, watch as many of the videos on this website, and keep in touch with Rip.
